PROBLEM

Managing, coordinating & navigating care is overwhelming. Care systems are complex and fragmented, making leaving families with towers of paper folders, long waits on telephone helplines, and whole lot of Google-ing. 

SOLUTION‍

Hibi provides accessible care coordination support through an app which is split into three pillars. The first pillar allows parents that have to deal with neurodiverse children to securely store and share their neurodiverse child’s documents. The second pillar constitutes of tracking symptoms, medications and appointments. The third pillar offers a community where one interact with both parents and experts.
