Calm/Storm is a boutique venture capital firm and exclusive founder network, investing in super early-stage technology startups. We look for founder/market fit and invest in purpose driven entrepreneurs changing our life, health and well-being for the better. We’re often the first check in the company but we also co-invest in Seed and Series-A rounds.

We’re currently looking for an Intern with a passion for analytics and numbers crunching to join us for a period of min. 4 months.

What we expect from you:

  • You are a student or have recently graduated and ideally you have first work experience ideally in a tech-related field
  • Strong analytical skills. You’re comfortable with analyzing big volumes of data and drawing the right conclusions from them
  • You’re proficient with Excel/Google Sheets. Other data analytics tools are a plus!
  • You’re comfortable working autonomously with little to no supervision and sometimes under tight deadlines
  • You are fluent in English (German is a plus)

What you will do:

  • Help with cleaning and analysing data related to our deal flow and other fund activity
  • Work on improving our current processes around data collection and maintenance
  • Look into our existing data and external sources to help with market research and content
  • Assist Partners and Investment Managers if they need help with getting the right information from our internal tools
  • Manage ad hoc internal projects

All positions are based in Vienna with the opportunity to work fully remote from anywhere in Europe.
