What We’re Looking For
We're seeking an Automation Engineer to transform our operational backbone through intelligent automation. You'll build custom AI agents and workflows that eliminate manual bottlenecks while preserving our human-centered investment approach.
- AI/LLM Integration and Metric Driven Development: Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI APIs. Strong prompt engineering and evaluation capabilities including dataset creation and cleaning
- Automation Platforms: Proficiency with n8n for workflow design and custom node development. Experience with Zapier or similar tools is a plus
- Programming: Python/Python for workflow integrations and custom code/nodes
- API Integration: Experience connecting CRMs (Affinity), cloud storage (Google Drive), and communication tools (Slack) and other APIs
- Document Processing: Knowledge of PDF manipulation, OCR tools, and extracting structured data from documents
Nice to Have
- Good Google Workspace understanding, especially Google Sheets
- Previous experience in fintech, venture capital, or fast-paced startups
- Understanding of investment workflows and financial reporting processes
- Excellent (written) communication skills in English & German
What You Will be Doing
- Build AI-powered tools that support deal sourcing, market analysis, and due-diligence workflows.
- Develop custom scripts and automations to extract, clean, and process data for better insights.
- Create internal tools and dashboards that streamline deal flow and portfolio reporting.
- Automate operational and administrative tasks—such as receipt handling, data entry, and document processing—to keep the fund running smoothly.
