Calm/Storm is a boutique venture capital firm and exclusive founder network, investing in super-early-stage technology startups. We look for founder/market fit and invest in purpose-driven entrepreneurs changing our life, health and well-being for the better.

How we work

We are a small fund with a very small team where everyone plays an equally important role and contributes to the success of the fund as a whole. We are always on the lookout for great additions to our team and we welcome those who feel like entrepreneurs. If you are not afraid to get involved in anything a fund needs: from marketing and ops to research and investing. We are happy to consider a variety of profiles, with or without experience in venture capital.

You are

• passionate about our health and well-being, have a background in this industry and/or good understanding of how it works from the inside
• a communication talent, have experience in marketing or community building
• purpose driven, have worked at a Startup, Accelerator, Venture Builder or even a VC fund before on either the investment or the operational side
• a digital native and fluent in English & German

What you might be doing (depends on the individual profile)

• Managing internal and external dealflow
• Conduct market research, landscape analysis and deep-dives and turn it into content
• Struggle with a lot of daily tasks
• Interact on social media and help with other marketing efforts
• Manage long-term projects e.g. our founder community (Academy)

Work in Vienna or Remote

All positions are based in Vienna with the opportunity to work fully remote from anywhere with a maximum time difference of 3 hours to CET.
