Clicks is founded by Dominik Helmreich (CEO), a Stanford and ETH Zürich graduate and former BCG consultant, and Oliver Knapp (CTO), an ETH Zürich and University of Toronto graduate with research experience at CERN. Together, they combine strong technical depth with commercial execution and are scaling the company into the United States.

PROBLEM

Back-office workflows are still highly manual, costly, and fragmented. Existing solutions require complex integrations and fail to scale.

SOLUTION

Clicks develops AI-powered “computer-use agents” that automate workflows by interacting directly with software interfaces, mimicking human actions. Following predefined processes, these agents execute tasks across legacy systems without requiring integrations, replacing manual work and enabling scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient operations.
