Resolyst is founded by Dr. Molly Gilmartin, a medical doctor, former McKinsey consultant and Investor at Albion VC, combining clinical expertise with investor as well as startup operator experience and deep specialist networks. She is supported by experienced clinical co-founders and a broad advisory panel across multiple specialties.

PROBLEM

Specialty care is fragmented, capacity-constrained, and built around episodic care. Chronic patients are left alone between visits, while specialists are oversubscribed.

SOLUTION

Resolyst builds an AI-powered “clinic-in-a-box” that enables specialists to deliver continuous, pathway-based care beyond physical clinics. Combining onboarding, care coordination, and continuous monitoring, patients are managed by multidisciplinary teams and only escalated when needed, improving access, efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
