Matteo has built his experience working alongside founders across Europe in a series of venture-backed startups. As a Visiting Analyst, he supports the investment team across sourcing, due diligence and portfolio support for early-stage healthtech startups. Before joining us, he was Entrepreneur in Residence at Sugar and held founder's associate roles at Boldr, NECTURE and JUSTSOLVE, supporting founders on strategy, operations and company building. He also gained consulting experience at Baringa and has volunteered with youth mentoring initiatives in South Africa. Matteo holds a CEMS Master's in International Management at Rotterdam School of Management and Prague University of Economics and Business.
