Imagine discovering you have a volatile chronic illness like severe eczema, a dangerous allergy, or asthma. Your skin flares up, or you can barely breathe, so you try to book a specialist appointment. If you are in the UK, the waitlist to see a private doctor is about six months. On the NHS, it easily stretches past a year.
When you finally get your 20 minutes in the clinic, you receive a care protocol, a prescription, and a handshake. Then, you are sent home. For the next six to twelve months, you are completely on your own, trying to self-manage a volatile disease in total isolation until your next scheduled appointment.

This is exactly the kind of structural friction we love to tackle. We have worked closely with the founder, Molly, through our community during her time as a healthtech investor, and we have always been massive fans of her drive and vision. When she decided to step out to build a business of her own, doing a founder bet on her was one of the easiest decisions we have made.
The reality today is that top medical specialists are completely overwhelmed. They face massive patient backlogs, meaning people simply cannot access timely expert care. But if you look closely at a top specialist's daily schedule, a massive portion of the follow-ups and routine check-ins do not actually require the direct physical presence of a leading doctor. A lot of this work could be handled safely by trained nurses or junior clinicians using established clinical protocols, provided the right supervision exists.
At the same time, this fragmented approach creates a massive data gap. Pharmaceutical companies and clinical researchers are desperate for clean, structured, longitudinal datasets to build better trials and study how diseases progress. But because clinics today operate on a transactional, visit-by-visit basis, this data is rarely captured or standardized in routine clinical care.
This creates an opportunity in outpatient specialty care, which represents a €3 trillion global market.
Resolyst is building a digital “clinic-in-a-box” platform that allows top medical experts to scale their knowledge beyond the physical walls of a clinic. By turning isolated visits into a continuous care loop, the software keeps patients safe, saves doctors precious time, and naturally collects the clean, long-term health insights that clinical researchers need to develop future treatments.

At the early stage, we look for founders who understand the system from the inside out, and Molly is exactly that kind of leader. We have known her for over three years, observing her work as an Investment Director at Albion VC. Molly has a unique background that fits this problem perfectly. She has a medical degree from Oxford University, coupled with healthcare consulting experience at McKinsey and years of healthtech venture pattern recognition. She has clinical credibility with top-tier doctors, strong commercial drive, and an exceptional ability to bring the right people together.
We are thrilled to be co-leading Resolyst’s pre-seed round alongside our friends at Seedcamp and Pact VC, with participation from fantastic healthtech investors, including Albion VC and Scrub Capital!
